Intense, with balsamic notes, black fruit and spices. it has a great mouth volume and persistence, preserving the elegance. The very silky tannin creates a feeling of great comfort in the mouth.
Careful management of vegetation to optimize the grape's full potential. Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. Co-fermentation of both varieties, in cement deposit, followed by malolactic fermentation in the masses, due to long post-fermentation macerations. Double aging of 12 months in French oak barrels, where the 1st in new barrels and the 2nd in used barrels. Natural and unfiltered stabilization wine.
