Careful management of vegetation to optimize the grape's aromatic potential. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a cement deposit at a controlled temperature of 24-28°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The elegant wood notes come from aging in barrels of 3rd and 4th use of French oak for 11 months, integrating this blend according to the elegant and fresh profile of this wine.
