Very fine and elegant, and discrete. Combines harmoniously the delicate mineral notes with notes of green peppers.
Delicate and full of vivacity, coming from magnificent fruit and perfect acidity. It is balanced and has a very persistent ending, with notes of ripe fruit.
Careful management of the vegetation to optimize the aromatic potential of the grape. Manual picking in the cases and subsequent selection of the best bunches at the entrance of the cellar. Soft press at low pressures, followed by cold static decanting for 4 days. Fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts.
