Careful management of vegetation to optimize the grape's aromatic potential. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a cement deposit at a temperature of 26-28°C, followed by malolactic fermentation in the masses, favored by post-fermentation maceration for 3 weeks. The elegant wood notes come from the double stage in French oak barrels. 2nd use barrels for 12 months followed by 3rd use barrels for 6 months. Natural and unfiltered stabilization wine.
