This wine, obtained exclusively from selected bunches of Touriga Nacional, a variety whose profile has been expressed, vintage after vintage, in a different way in the terroir of Quinta do Pinto, reveals an exuberant ensemble, which combines power and elegance, in perfect harmony .

AROMA:
Violet notes very typical of the variety combined with some menthol and black plum.
TASTE:
It has a very good texture, some cocoa and notes of violet and black plum. Well-marked acidity and rounded tannins. Long, fresh and elegant finish.
WINEMAKING:
Careful management of vegetation to optimize the grape's aromatic potential. Manual harvesting in a box and subsequent selection of the best bunches when entering the winery. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a cement deposit at controlled temperature for 14 days. Malolactic fermentation follows. After 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, it was tasted, barrel by barrel, and, among the best, those that best suited this profile of elegance were selected.
