Our Team

Nurture the earth to deserve the best it can give, with attention to detail and respect for its distinguishing characteristics and timings – this is our vision and the basis of the joint work of the team led by Rita Cardoso Pinto. The excellence we aspire to, valuing the knowledge and experience of each team member, is the daily inspiration of our project. António Afonso Lasso de la Vega Cardoso Pinto, the owner, is coordinator of the winemaking project at Quinta do Pinto. Rita relies on the regular support of about fifteen collaborators, including Ana, her sister, working as a closely knit team committed to making wines of increasingly higher quality which are a reliable expression of the terroir. Every year, during harvest, Quinta do Pinto welcomes a ranch of local women who carry out a work of great detail and accuracy with great dedication.
