This unique, unique and iconic wine is born from a desire to make a difference. The combination of these two varieties, Merlot and Syrah, demonstrates this intention in itself. Two international varieties that, together, create a wine not thought of in Portugal until then. From the art of knowing how to wait, we waited for 10 months for the barrels where this blend aged, giving rise to a wine with a rich aroma and a voluminous and elegant palate.

Opaque Garnet.
AROMA:
Intense aroma of jam and ripe fruit, in perfect harmony with light French oak wood notes.
TASTE:
Black fruit, dark chocolate and spices with some jam. discreet and elegant wood combined with a voluminous body. Feels very fresh throughout the race. Persistent finish.
WINEMAKING:
Careful management of vegetation to optimize the grape's aromatic potential. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a cement deposit at a controlled temperature of 24-28°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The elegant wood notes come from aging in barrels of 3rd and 4th use of French oak for 11 months, integrating this blend according to the elegant and fresh profile of this wine.
