Rich, balsamic, with notes of spice and pepper, berries and silica, combined with hints of coffee and dark chocolate.
Elegant, with silky and well-present tannins, with notes of wild berries standing out. The toast very well integrated gives notes of chocolate, coffee and spices. it gives us a long and voluminous aftertaste.
Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. At the entrance of the winery, a selection table to select the best bunches. Fermented with autochthonous yeasts in cement deposits at a temperature between 26 – 28ºC. This was followed by a 2-week post-fermentation maceration period, which promoted a greater mouth volume and subsequent malolactic fermentation in a cement vat. The wine aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
